Solution Requirements Gathering It is PFS’ policy to raise a project team that comprises of our client’s officers and PFS professional staff in system analysis and information gathering for the purpose of effective requirements gathering for new solutions. We consider this stage in all our contact processes as foundational to successful value delivery to our clients. We ensure that our clients sign off on the final requirements document before the system design and development is allowed to commence. This is to ensure that all solution specifications are well understood by us and agreed to by our clients. System Design and Development Our system design and development process starts once users requirements and ground rules for the project have been set. It begins with the development of functional specifications document, which is sent to client for confirmation and sign off. The signed off document then forms the base line document for the system design, development, change management. Solution Testing PFS Quality Assurance team directly handles the testing of our solutions. We conduct two levels of tests. The Quality Assurance test and the User Acceptance test. The former is a rigorous baseline testing against PFS quality assurance standards, which is among the best in the industry and designed to deliver best software quality and value, while the later that is carried out at the client’s user environment seeks to ensure that are agreed specifications are met. We want to add that always exceed these specifications to delight our clients as a matter of policy. Solution Deployment In PFS, it is understood that poorly deployed solution is a project poorly executed. Therefore we have some of the best system implementation professionals in the industry to handle deployment of our solutions to clients’ site. Our strategy here starts from the installation of the solution on the client’s servers for users acceptance testing. The deployment process is conducted to ensure that all strategic business units on the client’s site get adequate attention, trained both technically and operationally – local and foreign training are available, and receive proper handing over of the project for eventual go-live. System Support and Maintenance Our support and maintenance policy is an integrated process that does not only seek to fix issues raised by our clients user departments, but most importantly offers our clients the window to improve the deployed system both functionally and operationally through a collaborative solution upgrades. Our policy allows clients to enter into software maintenance agreement with us under an elaborate Service Level Agreement (SLA) that ensures that our clients are able to define the support experience they desire from us.
